The question is a bit vague, but I'll fill in a few blanks.
If household pressure is 40 psi, and the length of 1/4" inside diamter pipe is 100 feet, then the flow will be about 1.5 gpm.
If household pressure is 60 psi and the length of 1/4" pipe is 50 feet, then the flow will be around 2.5 gpm.
But either case leaves no pressure at the fixture.
1/4" is fine for an ice maker. Short runs are okay for a sink-mounted instant hot water faucet. It is not enough for a sink, shower, or tiolet.
The bad news is, approx 4' long under the sink feeding water filter RS system. Feed fitting failed and water flowed for a time. Full flow valve not a saddle type, I have an idea how much water ended up in the basement, I just wondered how long had it been running.
