I’d like to use a For mica type plastic laminate for the walls of my tub surround. I have 1/2 inch pressure treated plywood walls (with an airspace behind the plywood). I’m looking for a sheet material (tempered hardboard or 1/4 inch plywood or?) to which I can contact cement the laminate and then bond with panel adhesive to the p.. plywood. Any good suggestions? Also suggestions on how to treat the bottom edge of the laminate where it meets the tub surface.
