Looking for a plumber, or a recommendation of who I should call, to do a boiler replacement in my 2-family home in Somerville, MA

There are two existing “asbestos-snowmen” that need to come out.  These are original 80-year old coal-burners that were converted to gas in 1963.  About 1/2 of the basement piping has asbestos on it, which also needs to come out. 

I want to put in two new steam boilers.  I would like the steam boilers to qualify for NStar Gas’s “Gas Networks” rebate, which I believe requires an AFUE>82%.  There is some additional work that would need attention, such as minor re-routing of gas piping, the connections to the steam piping, and the like.  I am willing to consider the asbestos removal separately if you don’t do that work.
