I’ve mentioned before about some plumber damaged framing in a 120 year old house I own. I finally got ambitious enough (and remembered) to take a picture of what was done. Clearly not the best pictures but I think everyone gets the point.
My repair plan is to fill the opening and then use either 2x 8 or 2×10 on each side to re-enforce the framingĀ
just thought folks here would like to see
