OK…after a long drawn out fight with my plumber (I’ll try to post the link to that thread), I’m still in a precarious position. I’ll try to explain what I’m trying to do.
1 – I need to rough in a bathroom, and
2 – i need to move a couple of water supply lines and waste and vent lines.
The propblem is that I live in a condo, and whatever I do (at least with #2) is going to effect them to a certain extent.
I’ve never done plumbing before, but I have bought some copper and fittings and have been practicing soldering. I also bought a couple of books.
Getting a pro in is going to be next to impossible. Do you guys think I should give this a shot?

No.
Yes, but practice a little more first, or at least have somebody with you that can solder, They don't have to be an exspensive plumber.
Good luck,
Cliffy
Aside from the fact that you could either burn your house down and/or flood it out,
Go for it
