How likely is it that a small leak in a feeder hose to a sink will cause a total loss of well water pressure, resulting in getting no water to the sink? The pipe is in a very tight crawl space. I have installed a new hot water heater, new pressure tank and pressure switch. Any help would be appreciated…..

Not very
It would make the pump cycle frequently as it bled down, but it wouldn't drain the tank, unless it was large enough that the well/pump combination couldn't deliver enough water to keep up with it. But, that would probably take a large leak.
You sure it's a hole in the pipe to the sink, and not a hole in the pipe to the pump?
You sure this isn't a result of your work on the pressure tank/switch?
Is the pump running?
