I have taken apart the T&G ceiling to find a vent pipe as the water source. I am baffled how there is that much water in a vent pipe. The last percipitation was two weeks ago here in Colorado. I can see the waste pipes which this vent pipe vents, so I don’t think it is coming from there. The leak is at a rubber joint between PVC and ABS, yet there is not supposed to be water in this pipe. Any clues?
