I’d like to add a toilet and sink to 2nd floor (actually it’s a 1/2 story). It’s pretty easy to run the drain down, and the water up, but venting up for the roof is kind of a problem. For the vent (I was thinking 2″),I’d just as soon vent it sideways out thru the fascia, rather than going up. It seems like this should work (air should move any which way), but am I missing something? Will this work?
Thanks!

The most common way to make your own parging mix is to use either Type S mortar for block or Type N for brick and add a concrete bonding additive.
