Is there any way I can rig a pocket door to automatically close? Perhaps by using a pully w/ a weighted rope? Can an automatic closer be purchased?

It did.
Googled "automatic pocket door closer" and got several hits.
This one is so new, they don't have the pocket/sliding door closer on it yet: http://www.gentlemandoor.com/House.htm
Here's another: http://www.weopendoors4u.com/Window.html
For $500, some sash rope & weights don't sound like so much trouble, though <g>. Occupational hazard of my occupation not being around (sorry Bubba)
Thanks for your input.
