Polyiso, fiberglass face, interior

I am converting my barn to living space, it is pretty big so cost is a factor. I have been offered a deal on fiberglass faced Polyiso and wonder about using it on the interior of the roof. I expect to put it between a layer of 1′ foil faced polyiso on either side. I plan to leave a 1″ “chute” between the roof and the initial layer of foil faced polyiso.

Am I looking for trouble anywhere?
