From June 11 to June 21, I see that Lowes is currently listing 50% off for Polyseamseal caulk.
What do you know about this caulk?
Thanks,
Bill

An "ALL" purpose adhasive caulk Interior /Exterior but they make a good many products. Is it all Latex or Silicone added? A reason for this may be a new vendor or a new line from Polyseamseal they have some new items that are for very early rain resistence and early paintability. Water cleanup and fairly forgiving it is a good product all in all
I've used it several times on the recommendation of a friend that runs a plumbing supply house. Easy to tool and I've always been happy with the results.

Used it for years but saw a review of caulks somewhere years ago and found it was very low rated. For half price I might get a few tubes but I only use latex on the interior to fill for painting.
I have been using it for 21 years now and still like it.
I have always felt it is one of the best however it is one of the more difficult to tool - in a sink installation i don't think there is a better one
BUT in the past year they have had this 2 for 1 deal twice & I bought the deal the more recent offering & the caulk balked sputtered & consistency left a lot to be desired
I'm wondering if they are purveying seconds
took it back & was reimbursed in full
I've used a hella lot of it. THE best for sinks, toilets, etc.. It is also the schnizzle for interior painting. However, I would never use it on exterior. Elasticity is not so much.H20 cleanup is great, tho.
Smells like Bannanas when your using it, but dont taste like em.
Great for sinks & formical back splashes, Dont let it freeze in the truck at night, youll ruin it No one should regard themselve as "God's gift to man." But rather a mere man whos gifts are from God.
