So my wife and I are building a new house. It’s a single story house with a bonus room above the garage. The builder is using trusses to support the bonus room floor, 16 inches on center. The garage is 24 x 24. My question is, can I put a 9 foot pool table in the center of the bonus room without additional support?
Pool table weighs about 1000 pounds.

Have you told the builder this? 24' span trusses tend to be bouncy.
Trusses will need to be sized for stiffness, not just weight.
