I have an issue with a porch, it has a 4 inch drop in 12 ft. Do I keep the railing level or go with the slope, also it is going to be screened in and was wondering about how to properly let it drain if water comes In on the fir flooring, it has a roof over it and wanted to know how to install the bottom rail so it drains and how to attach the screen below the bottom rail while also letting it drain properly. I have seen peopl arch the bottom board and screen it. It also has 2 ft canopy’s on all 3 sides that stay down. Thanks
