I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble with PC chargers. I have a 19.2 drill and the charger would’t charge the batteries anymore. So i bought a new charger, this was a while back, can’t remember how much I paid. So a few weeks ago my original batteries are’nt charging well. So now I’m looking at new batteries, the drill is in great shape. When I realize that for $30.00 more I can have a new drill, two batteries, case, etc. it’s a no brainer. Well guess what the old batteries are charging up fine. I guess it was the charger again. I’m really not complaining I like have the extra drill and batteries available I have the cordlees saw and flashlight.
I just wanted to let other people know, it might not always be your batteries going bad.

Chargers do occasionally fail. You might check Ebay from time to time. I have a port-cable 12v drill and I have to admit to abusing it ,but it will not die .
I have a bunch of PC 12v and I've found that the chargers are temperature sensitive, every once in a while I'll have to set a trouble light on the charger if it is too cold.I also cycle my batteries from my shop where they get low use to my van where I often put 3 batteries through 3 or more charges a day. cheers
