   got one, it's been very durable

   it just makes my fingers tingle from the vibration.

   if i had it all to do over, i probably would buy another milwaukee

   i still might, and keep the adjustable tiger for places that need an adjustable recip

   It depends on where you need to reach with a saw blade.  I have both the MKE orbital super sawzall and the PC.  In the attic, crawl space, and such places, there's no substitute for the PC.  It's the only tool on earth that can reach into those difficult spaces. 

   The Milwaukee in orbital mode is more aggressive, and its speed control trigger gives you better control.  The PC speed control is almost useless, nearly a simple on/off.

   For vibration, the MKE shakes a lot more than the PC in orbital, and a little less in straight recip.  The vibration issue depends a lot on what you're cutting and how long you have to work at it.  Using the orbital on big, hard tree roots sure gave me that tingly hand massage.

   But bottom line, the deciding factor is whether you need the PC's twist and bend ability.  It's almost a different class of tool from a conventional recip saw.

   I own a Milwaukee corded, a Milwaukee 18V Cordless and PC Tiger Claw.
   The PC is my favourite all rounder by far. Even has the attachment to fit jigsaw blades and can be contorted to act as a jigsaw. Very durable too.
   I never have been keen on the Milwaukees for some reason.
   The cordless is good for small stuff like pvc, quick cuts and "finish" sawzalling!

   Alan, my guys burned up three in one year!

   And we don't even use the sawzall that much!

   I've owned at least ten of them. I'll never buy another, but my last one (no orbiting motion) is lasting okay...I only pull it out of the box once or twice a month.

   I bought the PC adjustable tigersaw ayear ago.I use it all the time ,and love it.There isn't anything that can hide from it.I think it's a very ruggedly built, powerful machine. I did try the millwaukee,but I felt the PC was more tool for the money.---But I do know alot of guys in the trades who get thier jollies trying to see how many tools they can Trash.

   I bought my first PC recip almost twenty years ago and finally put it to rest this year while cutting through 1" plaster with metal lathe (in fact I used it to gut an entire kitchen, mudroom, and tv room). After such performance I went right out and bought another. This one has the rotating handle and what a great tool to have around.
   I'd recommend buying the PC.
