Any Portland Oregon area builders looking for reliable finish work subs? I have been in the area for three yrs., in business for two.. Have done 1 large (6-8 mo.) job as a G.C. each of the past two years but would like to make some connections with local builders to fill in gaps btw. my own jobs. Licensed/bonded/insured/SAIF. Have 4 employes & portifolio/references on request. I also need sub’s regularly in return, this could work out well for everyone involved! Thanks for any input!
