I hand mixed and poured to bell footing 24″ bell with 10″ tube. I didn’t backfill around it and this monring it is leaning 1.5″ out of verticle. I had set the post bracket in ( the kind with that look like they have a chunk of rebar stuck to the bottom) so it is also 1.5″ farther from the house than it is suppose to be. is there anything I can do to fix it?

Fill the hole with water, wait 24 hours, then pull it plumb. Try to make note of how much the footing rises during this process and set that corner of the deck higher by maybe half that amount.
hmmm
If it tipped, either your sonotube went out of plumb, or the footing sank because you were not on undisturbed soil. Either way, I'd be redoing this.
Undisturbed soil issue should have been addressed during footing inspection. Was it inspected?
If so, and you don't want to demo a large chunk of concrete, then you might try grinding off the existing bracket you have and fastening a Simpson foundation bracket anchored with bolts set in epoxy or wedge anchors located in the correct position. If your elevation is way off, then you may have to demo the top portion of existing concrete (easier while fresh) and pour a new cap with a new form. You'll want to tie the new cap togehther with a variety of rebar pins for continuity.
Lastly, if you don't trust yourself to re-engineer an adequate repair, then demo it all and pour the sonotube again. Most of what you will be wasting is cheap concrete and your labor. Take solace in the fact that there have beenmuch more expensive learning experiences.
IF you havent backfilled, then you also might try wedging it (once cured) back into plumb with a digging bar and some 2x4's wedged down beside the hole until you get it plumb. Yank the 2x4's when your backfilling. If push comes to shove, you might have to excavate on the side it is leaning away from in order to create some space for it to go. Bearing capacity is at the bottom, not the sides, so you're not really hurting anything (except maybe your ego) by massaging it back into position.
I'd pull it plumb then immediately dump a bag or 2 of fairly soupy concrete in the hole. It might change the elevation a little.
Thanks for the advice
I ripped the bracket off and will put a new one on off centre as earlier suggested. I am certain I did a decent job of cleaning out the hole before I poured so I think I didn't suport the sonotube well enough
Hindsight I think I should have pulled it over and poured the concrete down as Florida suggested for aestetics but lesson learned
Thanks for all the replies
