I am a home builder in PA and am looking for information on building planting/potting sheds. Does anyone know where information can be found on the proper building techniques. Floor coverings, insulation, temp/humidity control, windows/doors, etc. Please tell me I am not venturing into “uncharted” territory!

I have seen two well built dedicated "potting sheds/greenhouses" that had several items that were common to both. One was solid 2x6 construction because both were going to have plenty of hanging plants etc. hung from the interior framing. One side of one was all glass panels set in metal frames. The upper glass panels were both capable of being opened as skylights and for moisture control.
One had a device that measured the temperature and humidity and when it reached a preset maximum it would fire up an exhaust fan.
The nicer of the two I happened to see had its own plumbing for a sink....which I guess if you garden is a nice feature.
