I know a person that has a problem with his garage, the concrete slab floor elevation is to low for where it is built on his lot and it floods every spring. He wants to add another 4” thick concrete slab on top of the one that is already there to raise the elevation. Is there anything that needs to be addressed before doing this? What is the best way to go about doing it? Thanks.
