I’m looking for a way to remove lead paint safely from old wood siding of different sizes. I’d like to be able to hook it up to my shop vac hose. The Porter Cable one is respected by all, but wouldn’t hook to a vac. One advertized in back of FH often–Paint Shaver? says they will hook to a shop vac. I know there’s at least one more out there, but now I can’t locate it. Any thoughts on these or others, or these tools generally?

I bought the Metabo. Tool Crib has it and Metabo has a web site. I've not used any of the others, but this is a pretty serious tool, (and expensive). You can hook a vac to it, but its a strange fitting and needed some cutting and duck tape on the hose end. Still a mess- I think vac catches about 65%.
