I need to clean a pressure treated deck and railing before sealing it. The wood is dry. The wood appears to have some black dirt or mold on it in some places. It is situated on the south/west side of the house with sun for most of the day. I have heard that pressure washing is not the way to go. Does anyone have any suggestions on what type of product or material to clean it with?
