I’m looking for 1 1/2″ foil backed polyiso. Big box stores sell 3/4″ for $13.00 a sheet and 1″ for $17.00 a sheet. 1 1/2″ is a special order item. Here’s the kicker – $36.00 a sheet. Anybody know of a cheaper source in Western PA?

I just saw it yesterday at the local Home Depot about 20 per sheet in stock.

Couldn't find anyone who carries 1 1/2" but I did locate 40 sheets of 2" at two different Home Depots for $24.00. The good news is 17 of the sheets had damaged edges (I'm ripping these down to fit between floor joists so that will be waste anyway) so I got them at half price.
Oh yeah!
Jim, I think some of the roofing supply stores might carry them at a lower price. Try and find an ABC roofing.
Try George Wilson Co. located on E. General Robinson St, which is located near PNC Park. They are a concrete supply company that deals with a lot of big contractors. Walk ins are welcome. Regards!
Tried Geo. Wilson. They have the best price in the area on Foamular but don't carry foil-faced polyiso.
Jim,
See if you have a "KAM-CO" in your area.
