Gotta help a buddy and build a garage for his dad.  Took a price quote for the wall and roof sheathing and am finally seeing the OSB number break a little.

7/16 was quoted at $9.38, with 5/8 at $13.50.  It was the first time I had seen 7/16 under $10 for quite a while.

Here is a rendering of the frame-up.  2×4 walls on 24 centers (buddy’s preference) with studs aligned to trusses above.  Size is 28 wide x 22 deep.  Meant to house a couple Ski Nautiques each winter.
