We are a small remodeling company and do alot of bathrooms kitchens and interior work. I am going to do a project for my Mother in law in Southborough Ma and its a little bigger than my normal projects. She has a house with the whole upstairs, and bonus room over garage that is unfinished, probably a little over a thousand square feet. I was trying to come up with a price for her and was wondering if anyone could tell me an average sq foot cost to go by. I know there will be different things added to the total cost. The whole thing is framed and will need some closets and other things framed out no insulation is up.There is 2 full bathrooms. the plumbing has been roughed as well as the electrical but I am sure further work will need to be done to bring it up to code. This house has been sitting empty for probably 20 years fired up the heat unit yesterday with no problems. Had old permits but never finished. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Pat

Is your wife an only child? You are going to live to regret this. Run Away. Never sell things to relatives never buy things from relatives. If you are going to do work for relatives do it for free.
Not the business advice you wanted but its life advice that will pay you back forever.
No, any price anyone here could give you wouldn't be worth the electrons it was written with.
Truth. Just like buying a car. There’s Kia and there’s Mercedes.
Well I don’t know about your marriage but here’s my suggestion. Price out the materials and any sub labor and tell her this.
Cost of the above plus that tool you really want but haven’t had the balls to buy.
Permits and inspection are another story.
