If you had a luxury remodelling project with large additions, and wanted to have a base price for the building part of the project and construction management for the finishes, how would you price the CM?
To be clearer, I’ll set clear milestones but
base = framing, exterior windows & doors in, insulated, rough mechanical, lighting
finishes = drywall or alternate, trim pkg, tiling, floors, decorative lighting, etc.

not sure I am following you. so youll be involved in the work for the base, but just manage the finish? why would your pricing be any different?
time, markup, and overhead would be the same whether im swining hammers or pushing papers.
