Problems with Fusion 15 guage nailer

I am starting to think the Senco Fusion 15 guage Finish Nailer is a POS !! Atleast the batteries are; went to use the other day the battery was in need of charging. But even after charging overnight no luck!! The same thing happened to the Fusion 15 they bought at the day job too. Fortunately for me the other day I had a spare battery belongs to Fusion 18 I bought because I liked the 15 so much. Guess it will crap out too eventually too. Anybody else have some experiences they want to share???

I was having a bunch of problems with my 2 Senco guns (batteries) as well, both the 15 and 18 guage Fusion nailers. Apparently everyone else was as well. The last time I went into my regular tool store I mentioned it to them and they let me know that Senco put out an updated battery and an updated charger and are replacing those old, buggy ones free of charge - so they swapped out the chargers and batteries for me and sent me on my way. Now, no more problems.
If you bought it locally, go back there and let them know about it and they should be able to get you the new parts. Otherwise, contact Senco and I bet they'll be able to get you the new stuff as well. I don't know what kind of paperwork you'll need, whether or not they'll need to see your original receipts or they can just swap it out for you.
