I had one of my 2 – 20 lb . propane tanks with plumbers OPD valve and furnace head stolen off a job on Wed . I’ve got some tanks and valves ordered , but having trouble finding the furnace head .
Does anyone have one they aren’t using and be willing to sell it ??

Sorry, I'm not entirely sure of your terms. My Dad was an old time plumber. He had a small tank with a top on it that he used to heat the lead for cast iron work (and for sinkers). The top was about 12" wide - a guesstimate. Is this what you are talking about?
I have how I could get to it since it's in NY and I'm in Va, but if it's of interest, I'll try to see if I can get somebody to pull it off the tank for me. Send me an e-mail off the board.

Did they quit making them? I though I remembered the valving being changed on the tanks that procluded using them. I've got several furnaces that connect with hoses, but none that sit on top of the tank.copper p0rn

I'm going to get two of them this week thru E Bay.
They are hard to find though.
