I’ve done some handyman contract work now for some time in So.Cal. I am looking into building using mostly subs. The structure will be a three care garage and six hundred square foot in-laws quarters. Nothing fancy, just nice. Has anyone in So.Cal. built lately and what would be my cost on average per square foot?
