So I built a pull up bar and was wondering what epoxy I could use to fill in this hole where the nut is. The nut and bolt are sercuing the bar to the 4×4. This epoxy would need to bond to wood and metal and be just as strong as the 4 X 4 its in. I would also like it to be strong enough to not break, twist, crack, or other wise when I tighten bolt with a impact wrench. Any Ideas?

Well, you need to somehow pad the area around the end of the bolt, so it can be driven further. And probably grease it to keep any glop from sticking to it.
As to the glop to use I'd probably choose "anchor epoxy", which is generally actually polyester resin and which comes in a caulk tube.
