   I assume you mean fiberglass insul. Scalding hot hot hot shower works great for me. But then everyone's different.

   *Actually, polyisocyanurate, beige inside ,black paper outside. Cuts kind of like sponge toffee, less fun, bad taste, ITCHY.

   *any shower....just to get rid of the loose fibers... then ignore it..most people will stop itching in a day or so...the itch is from the fiberglass fibers reinforcing the black paper.same reinforcement in "Shingle -Mate" & Roofer's Select " roofing felt

   *start with cold shower to rinse stuff away while your pores are closed. Hot shower opens pores.

   I've just spent the day doing solid (iso) insulation and have conflicting stories to ease the itch.(I'm not usually bothered by insulation).

   Hot or cool shower/bath/WHAT? Any other ideas appreciated, Phil.
