I’ve been reading about “Quiet Rock” (www.quietsolution.com) a sheetrock that promises better sound deadening than regular drywall. This would be great for my application where doubling walls or using resilient channel creates big challenges. Does anyone have any experience with this product? Is anyone familiar with other products like it?

Regular Drywall by itself is already very quiet. All office building have it and the sound that travels between rooms are from the dropped ceilings or ducts.
Drywall just wont stop low frequencies which pound the wall from the other side, it like someone pounding on the otherside with thier fist or tapdancing/walking on the floor above.
Particle board is heavier and more quiet that drywall.
