Hello, I’m trying to decide between the Pam auto feed screw gun and the quikdrive gun. the application will be subfloors and decking. Has any one out there used both or have heard anything about one vs the other. I did a search but there was nothing recent at all. The Pam head looks like there might be more pieces involved go wrong but the Milwaukee motor sounds good. Any help would be appreciated. thanks Angus

I don't know pam,but I shure do hate my quick drive... enough that I'll just use ringshanks and lots a pl instead.
If you have some of the earlier ones, they suck.
I've had my whole setup, motor and all replaced twice over the original, lots of extras and a couple of boxes of free screws.
I complained long and loud. The rep came right to my house with the trade the first time. Second time they sent me stuff unsolicited.
Truth be told, since then I haven't had the need to use it so I don't even know if it is any better.

While I cannot attest to the quality of either, I do know that Senco screws for the Pam are available just about everywhere.

I donno...I've gone through scores of cases of screws with my Quickdrive with no real problems to speak of.
