here is a bathroom i just finished for some folks
it was carpet over asphalt tile, textured wall paper, tub walls seperating from the drywall, and faucets and fixtures from the early 80’s.
i gutted it, re-set, re-wired, re-plumbed, set the tile and did all the carpentry.
homeowner painted.
i will be doing their other bathroom sometime in late may. so i will take before ,during, and after shots.
just these for now

Nice job, Hubcap.
Where did you get the ceiling light fixture? Looking for something like that for a kitchen.
Thanks,
Oldfred
that is a bruan fan er braun
got it through famous supply
you can do a web search for bath and kitchen fans and get more info than you ever wanted.
google it baby- that is our new motto...
that particular fan/light ran about $180 has a night light, motion activated, adjustable run time- 5 minutes to an hour from last activation
it is a little noisier than i would have liked and not old work friendly- but there she is- homeowners love it
thanks for the compliments
You're right, hubcap.
I googled and found plenty of fixtures. Thanks for the advice.
