Rec for a smaller PEX crimping tool?
Looking for a recommendation on a decent smaller PEX crimp tool. I’ve got a 1/2 and 3/4 combo, but the handles are about 16″ long – way too big for close quarters work. There are a bunch of smaller ones on the market with very mixed reviews with insanely varying prices. I’m a remodeler and do some plumbing, but I’m definitely not a plumber so I don’t use it every day. Any recs on a good one, that works well and won’t break the bank?

I recommend the Milwaukee M12 propex. It might be about $400 for the kit. Make the investment, you will not regret it. One thing to consider- The fittings are not at my H.D. but the there is a great Fergusons near me that has bins you can look thru for the fittings. I do some plumbing here and there and keep a stock of all the regular fittings. Well worth the initial cost to have what you need on hand.
Way quicker, way easier.
