recommendation for a good brand of electric radiant floor mat for large area

I would like to install electric radiant floor for our great room which is a connected kitchen, dining, and living room. 17ftx40ft. I imagine it would be zoned into 3 or more area. Any advice on electrical wiring, zoning, installation considerations are greatly appreciated.
I would love some recommendation for a good brand to consider. thank you very much

We've used STEP HEAT multiple times as primary heating and floor warming. It can be installed directly under hardwood floors. It is the only electric radiant product I've seen that you can nail or staple through without ruining the system. We are on the East Coast and have worked with the local distributor, Green Wave Distribution (www.greenwavedist.com). They can provide you with the zoning, wire diagram, layouts, ect.
