I am thinking of installing a Norway or Red pine floor in a bedroom. Any recommendations on a quality brand name poly finish would be appreciated.

We use Bruce flooring check their finishes to see if they have something you like.

Check out the post further down the page, "finishes for antique wood floors". I would consider using orange shellac if it gives you a color you like, its worst enemy is water, which is probably not a problem in a bedroom. It's an easy finish to work with and easy to repair if necessary.
