I just got an accepted offer on a home I am going to rehab. Has anyone used a rehab morgage company with success. I see allot on the internet. Any suggestions would help.

Wefixwell, I would steer clear of internet mortgages unless you don't have any available in your local market.
A great place to find info regarding local investor mortgage brokers is your local Real Estate Investors Association local group.
