I’ve spent most of my time in the carpentry trade doing new construction.
Now that our family has reached the point where we’re streching our home at the seams, an addition is being considered. We live in a suburb of Chicago. I need help determining the likely cost of the project.
Knowing roughly the cost per square foot would go a long way toward helping us decide what we can have or not have as we sketch out our various floor plans. Before we can think about up-graded this or up-graded that, of course we’d like to know where we stand. Any suggestions?
