Removing piston assembly from sleeve assembly on a Paslode cordless 18 gauge finish nailer
Hello Everyone,
My Paslode 18 gauge finish nailer finally went down. Looks like the piston assembly has broken, so my question is actually two parts.
1. How do I remove it from the Sleeve assembly?
2. Where can I order this part?
Thanks in advance

This contains the parts blowup. I think it'll give you enough info to disassemble provided it's your model.
As far as parts I cannot help-I suppose pasload would sell 'em, or a good tool supply that sells the tool.
Paslode can tell you all you need to know.
I had a tech talk me thru something on the phone once. I have a local who repairs paslodes now, but used to send them to Coastal tool supply in Connecticut for major items and got good service from them.
Paslode is in the midwest I think, but they surely have a list of their regional and local suppliers and authorized repair folks
