While stining a piece of wood I accidentally spilled a can of stain on the finished floor of my garage. I am in need of something that won’t destroy the concrete but will remove the stain. Thanks for the help.

Just what do you mean by "finished?"
What kind of stain?
First, obviously, scrape up what you can. Then cover with cat litter, dampen with the solvent appropriate to the stain, & scrub a little. After it's soaked a few minutes scrub some more, scrape up, and have another shot or two at it.
Various bleaches may work on some stains. Try oxalic acid ("wood bleach"), eg.
But it's not gonna be easy.
Don't even waste your time trying. Scrape up the heavy stuff, wipe up the rest and learn to live with it or epoxy coat the entire floor.
Don't try muriatic acid. It won't remove the stain but it will etch your concrete, create poisonous fumes and cause every steel object in your garage to rust.
