I recently bought a house built in 1922 with 11 inches poured concrete exterior walls. It’s 28′ x 25′ two story with a hip roof, and enclosed shed roofed back porch and an exterior hip roofed front porch. I would like to enlarge existing and create new openings in the exterior walls on both floors. Though I’ve done this many times with wood framing, never with poured concrete. Any advice, tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
