Has anyone had any dealings with this outfit? They’re an online service that connects owners of foreclosed houses with agents, attorneys, contractors, etc who want to provide services to the foreclosure market.
They charge a nominal fee for each “order”, but it isn’t clear if “order” means signed contract or just a request for a bid.
Another contractor and I are interested in getting into this market, but I’m a little leery of this setup.

Never heard of them, but I wouldn't be surprised if they take your money whether or not you make any, sorta like Service Magic. It should not be hard to get ahold of REO owners. Talk to loan officers at the local banks for starters.
It sounds like a bad deal to me.
The owners of foreclosed homes can't afford contractors.
I would talk to a local Realtor (I am biased because I am one:) you should be able to find one that knows what's going on in the market your interested in. Another great resource is forclosure.com you can get a free trial for it. When you use this service you can get a list of all of the properties in any area of the country that your interested in that are in the various stages of foreclosure and when they are bank owned you can get the lender, now owners info.
Take care and be careful.

They made a good Speedwagon years back. Hadn't heard about them in awhile now.

Look, just send me to my drawer. This whole talking-to-you thing is like double punishment.
Beat me to it. I used to work for a guy that had restored one and drove it in parades. Had to bumper crank it too I think. It was a 19-teen something, I cant remember.Due to the recent state of the economy, the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off
