We have a job to change out all the ceiling tiles in a medical building (we have done a lot of work for the clients). Anyone have a handle on what to charge? We will have to work nights and weekends. The cost of the tile is $2.00 per (2′ x 2′). They have a dumpster we can utilize. HELP PLEASE

Flat or shadow line?
Insulation above or not?
Furniture? Equipment? 1st floor? How far to the door?
Fire suppression heads?
Alarms?
Motion sensors etc?
Not so easy-you've been there, we haven't.
You need to charge what is necessary to make your normal pay and profit.
I would look at the layout and build the tile replacement in my head and on paper. File cabs are tough to move w/o the right equipment. Medical? clean might be a real chore.
Full tile are not bad if there's nothing below or above. Did the phone guy, electrician, alarm etc just throw their wire across the grid?
Cuts, with flat tile-not bad but a few minutes each pc. Shadowline-could double time per cut.
Don't imagine this helped any.
