Well, your best bet would be to google pocket door install and reverse the process. If the previous door was installed correctly it should come apart semi easily.
However pocket roughs , trims, etcetera can be cobbled together and the older models sometimes you wonder if the house was built around it.
Look for one side of jambs to have been screwed on. Withose removed you should be able to adjust the door down, then lift and remove off the track......
