I got some stain drippage on the existing baseboard and I need to replace or repaint.
I’d rather just replace them instead of repainting.

Are you talking about the metal covers for baseboard heating sustems? In a recent episode of Ask This Old House, Richard Trethewy (sp?) got replacements from a heating and plumbing supplier. Take an old one with you so they can identify the manufacturer and model.
