Greetings – I need to install replacement windows. The interior window stops run under the window casing, so in order to remove the stop I would have to take the casing off. This would be a lot of interior work. 

There are storm windows on the exterior which will be removed. Is this an instance where the replacements should be installed from the outside? If so, are there any other considerations I should make?
