   Yes. Not a replacement window unit. A kit including an inner/lower sash, an outer/upper sash, two jamb tracks/balances etc. A brosco product like the Jeld-Wenn(?) Sash Pack.

   Seems to me that the better question for something like this would be how much time does it take, considering all associated activities. Hourly rates vary at least 2:1 between different areas represented here.
