I’ve been struggling to replace my porch after I learned it had completely dry-rotted. I don’t have the money to pay someone and I’ve managed to bandage it somewhat but Part of the dry rot is under the wall housing my front door and frame does anyone have any advice on how to get the old wood out without completely demolishing the walls of my house? Thank you in advance

Any advice, I would have to wait until I saw the project.
Most anything can be done and with proper shoring it can be painless.
Where is this located, maybe somebody here lives down the street.
I'm not a professional, but I can offer you some general advice for dealing with dry-rotted wood. It's important to note that working with structural elements of your house can be risky, and it's always recommended to consult with a professional if you're unsure about the process. With that said, here are a few steps you could consider:
Assess the damage: Start by thoroughly inspecting the affected area to determine the extent of the dry rot. Identify which parts of the porch and wall are compromised and need to be replaced.
