I’m sistering some 2×12 to old dry rotted 2x10s on a floor system that has about 4 inches of deflection. Should I jack the floor gently back into position before sistering or try and sister the 2x12s then jack on them?

I'm sistering some 2x12 to old dry rotted 2x10s on a floor system that has about 4 inches of deflection. Should I jack the floor gently back into position before sistering or try and sister the 2x12s then jack on them?
