I need to replace screens from the outside on porches that are on the second and third stories of a house. The backyard has a brick wall and swimming pool so I can’t use a manlift. I was wondering if anyone ahs any suggestions?
Thanks,
Pete

From building boxes and fitting face frames to installing doors and drawers, these techniques could be used for lots of cabinet projects.

Can you rip them out from inside, then re-do the openings to accept new screens from inside?
Overall it might be faster and safer then going outside.
And at some point in the future the next replacement would be a piece of cake... Buic
That is definitely the last resort. I didn't think of it being easier the next time around - that is a great point. Thank's.
So, are they screwed/stapled/etc in from the outside or something? Could you use scaffolding? I'm guessing there is not enough room for that either?

Thay are stapeled from the outside with trim over the edges. Scaffolding will work on the majority of the area. I have heard of pump jacks, but have no idea of how to use them. Thank's.
